Eldora is looking for a Snowsports Supervisor

The Snowsports Supervisor will work with the Ski & Ride School Director, other departmental supervisors and a team of 250 instructors, to create a welcoming impression for our guests and employees. Focus on quality of our lessons, guests and employee relations, staff performance, communication, teamwork and administrative duties. This position will supervise operations of  lessons, indoor and outdoor facilities/teaching areas and will assist with daily staffing and lesson assignments. Essential Functions of this position include: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year working in a Ski & Snowboard School PSIA/AASI Level 1 certification or equivalent Point of sale and software system exposure, ideally with Sirusware, ADP, and Microsoft Office proficiency Excellent communication and guest service skills Advanced to expert level skiing/snowboarding skills Must be able to work in a high alpine environment Must work well in a team Must be able to work holidays and weekends Pass a background check   Preferred: o PSIA/AASI Level 2 or 3 certification or equivalent o PSIA/AASI Children’s Specialist certification level 1 or 2 or equivalent o College degree/experience in a relevant field o Minimum of one year supervisory experience   Please apply online at www.eldora.com
