It’s a drive of less than two hours to travel the 97 or so miles from where Larry Knight grew up on the south side of Augusta to the University of Georgia where he now works as the newest assistant coach on Kirby Smart’s staff. Twenty-one years ago, Knight was a defensive end who went from Glenn Hills High to Central Michigan.
