Bengals: Tobin says team will ‘attack’ offseason, open to big swings

INDIANAPOLIS — Cincinnati Bengals director of player personnel Duke Tobin seemed taken aback being questioned about how he deals with the concept of being “all-in” during what has been referred to as Joe Burrow’s “championship window.” Tobin, speaking in a press conference at the NFL Combine on Tuesday, laughed before stating he’s never not been all in during his 27 years with the Bengals.
