Ontario boys win first relay title, set state record in 200 free relay

CANTON - When all seven of Ontario's state finalist swimmers came down to hotel breakfast at the same time Friday morning, coach Brooke Trumpower knew they'd be in for a special night. "It's like they were connected," she said. "They just grooved together." It was special indeed as the Warriors finished as state runner-up with 204 points, just 12 shy of champion University School — an all-boys private school in Hunting Valley — for the best finish in program history.
