PREP ROUNDUP NAMPA — The third-seeded Lapwai Wildcats are state championship-bound after a thrilling 58-51 overtime win over the Oakley Hornets in the Idaho Class 2A state tournament girls basketball semifinals Friday at Columbia High School. Down two points with 2.3 seconds to go, Lapwai’s Madden Bisbee was fouled and sent to the free-throw line for two shots. Bisbee nailed her first one, then the Hornets (20-3) called a timeout.
