Hornell, C-G, others land in last regular season NYS girls rankings

The final New York state girls basketball rankings for the regular season are out, and there's been some movement among Section V teams. Near the top, though, Hornell remained third in Class B, finishing the season 15-5 as the Red Raiders prepare to pursue another Section V title. Canisteo-Greenwood was also steady in the final state rankings before sectionals, staying at No. 2 in Class C after claiming the Steuben County tournament title in convincing fashion. Dansville, Keshequa, Avoca-Prattsburgh, Jasper-Troupsburg and Fillmore also found spots in the state rankings.
