Smith | ksmith@syracuse.com Section III indoor track and field athletes from more than 60 teams convened for the state qualifier meet on Wednesday at the SRC Arena at Onondaga Community College. A few athletes in each event qualified for the New York State championship meet next month, with some punching their tickets for the first time. The state championship meet is March 6-7 at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex on Staten Island....
