BRIGHTON — Alex Salmon put an exclamation point on Brighton’s regular season and delivered the opening act of the postseason for a wrestling team with state championship aspirations. It was Salmon’s pin against Hartland in the final match that clinched the KLAA tournament championship for Brighton on Saturday, Feb. 7. His 12-2 major decision over Sam Brown got Brighton started in a 59-15 victory over Howell in a Division 1 district championship match on Wednesday, Feb. 11.
