The second half of February has been changed significantly in recent years. The final days of tuneups for the Valentine's Day cutoff and the Feb. 24 official start of the playoff have given away to county and league tournament basketball. That's a good thing. The emergence of the Burlington County, Camden County, Tri-County Conference and Cape-Atlantic Conference tournaments has made February matter again.
