Heat, Spoelstra celebrate Ware’s Rising Stars selection, with center poised for return from hamstring

MIAMI — Kel’el Ware found himself celebrated, tested and challenged as the Miami Heat regrouped for practice Tuesday at Kaseya Center following a week on the road. The celebration was for Ware being selected a day earlier to the Rising Stars competition during All-Star Weekend, named among a group of emerging second-year players. “We congratulated him before practice,” coach Erik Spoelstra said. “I think it’s a good thing.
