Brandon Beane is not lying when he continually points to the tight salary cap situation as a problem he has to deal with as general manager of the Buffalo Bills. Those constraints are real, and a major reason is that quarterback Josh Allen counted 13% of the entire salary cap in 2025, and that rises to approximately 18.5% of the projected 2026 cap of $304 million.
