SHREVEPORT, La. - As temperatures stay below freezing across the ArklaTex, plumbing crews are preparing for what could come next — not necessarily during the coldest hours, but when everything starts to thaw. Trey Giglio, president of Universal Plumbing, says his team is already hearing from customers, mostly reporting frozen pipes and low water pressure.
