Georgia Tech quarterback Haynes King and Pro Football Hall of Famer Joe Greene took centerstage as Earl Campbell honored the duo during a gala on Wednesday at the W.T. Brookshire Convention Center in Tyler. King was the recipient of the 13th Annual Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award, while Greene was the first Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award Legends honoree. Also, Richard Soloman, of SPORTyler, announced that Kerra Moore, a graduate of Chapel Hill High School who attends Texas A&M University, was the 2025 recipient of the 11th Annual Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award Scholarship.
