High school wrestling roundup: Lake Catholic surges at CIT

Six Lake Catholic wrestlers came home with podium spots at this year’s annual Catholic Invitational Tournament this weekend, held at Columbus St. Charles. Junior Chance Wuhr (113 pounds) and senior Timmy Mazur (132) won their respective weight classes, junior Danny Zmorowski (215) placed second, junior Giovanni Magistrelli (144) placed third, junior Tyler Ineman (138) placed fifth and junior Tommy Slack (150) placed sixth to lead the Cougars’ attack.
