Harbor High’s boys basketball team, which earned seven wins last season, picked up its eighth win before opening the 2026 Santa Cruz Coast Athletic League season. Senior guard Bernat Perez-Usero hit a game-tying 3-pointer with less than a minute remaining and finished with 15 points, as the Pirates rallied past host Ann Sobrato 51-47 in nonleague action Tuesday.
