The Detroit Lions (9-8) finished off an overall disappointing season with a 19-16 win over the Chicago Bears Sunday at Soldier Field to salvage a winning record for the fourth straight year. While the Lions never trailed, they never truly got comfortable and coughed up a 16-point lead in the fourth quarter and needed a game-winning field goal from Jake Bates as time expired.
