EXETER - Lexi Paterna continued her dominant junior season as the Exeter High School girls track team competed in a 10-team meet at Phillips Exeter Academy. Paterna established a new Exeter school record in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4 minutes, 36.66 seconds. Paterna's time, according to Exeter coach Laura Smith, is currently the fastest 1,500-meter time in girls track in the United States. Paterna broke Shannon Murdock's record time of 4:36.79 set in 2014.
