PETOSKEY — Basketball can be a rhythmic game. When one shot goes in, then another, then another, things just seem to flow. And when the Petoskey girls basketball team welcomed in Menominee for an opening round matchup in the Sean Pollion Invitational, the Northmen put on a performance Pollion would have been proud of. Petoskey drained 13 3-pointers in a scary good shooting night, leading to a 72-30 victory over the Maroons. Lauren LaHaie and Haidyn Wegmann combined for nine 3-pointers alone, led by LaHaie’s 17 points.
