In the battle of unbeatens, Dewitt emerged victorious in the Division 3 state championship game, defeating Mt. Pleasant 54-20. Despite the loss, the Oilers’ 2025 football team has much to be proud of, including finishing the regular season undefeated, winning the Saginaw Valley North title, and having its best season since 2011. “Tremendously proud of this group,” head coach Jason McIntyre said. “It’s never easy when you come down here and lose.
