Patrice Evra, the celebrated former defender for Manchester United and the French national team, is preparing to make his highly anticipated debut in mixed martial arts (MMA). The 43-year-old athlete is slated to compete in a bout at the Professional Fighters League (PFL) Europe`s Paris event, scheduled for May 23 at the iconic Accor Arena in Bercy.

Evra has dedicated nearly a decade to rigorous combat training, meticulously honing his skills for this new competitive challenge. He has been training alongside his friend and fellow PFL star, Cedric Doumbe, in preparation for his first professional fight.
