Tennessee quarterback Joey Aguilar is already enrolled at the university, a UT spokesperson told Knox News, as he sues the NCAA in hopes of playing in the 2026 season. On Jan. 18, Aguilar's mother, Lydia, told Knox News that her son was not enrolled. However, a UT spokesperson said on Feb. 4 that Aguilar is enrolled.
