Excelsior High hurdlers dominate at GC Foster

EXCELSIOR High School's intermediate hurdlers Jaeden Campbell and Kishawn Hoffman stole the spotlight at the Central Hurdles, Field Events and Relays at G.C. Foster College of Physical Education and Sport on Saturday.
