DOVER – A year after winning the Division III title, the St. Aquinas boys basketball team’s reign ended last winter in the semifinals at the hands of Belmont which then beat Keasarge in the championship game. On Friday, Jan. 23, the past two champions squared off in an unbeaten clash as the Saints were 9-0 and Belmont was 10-0. St. Thomas was up to the challenge with a fourth-quarter lead, but Belmont had the Saints’ number once again.
