TREE 54, CARTHAGE 43: Addison Edmond and Kadyn Brown combined for 37 points, 17 rebounds and six steals to lead the Pine Tree Lady Pirates to a 54-43 win over the Carthage Lady Bulldogs in District 16-4A play. Edmond finished with 21 points, eight rebounds and three steals for Pine Tree, which trailed 12-5 after one quarter before outscoring the Lady Bulldogs 35-12 over the next two quarters.
