Steven Gerrard names key factor that could hand Arsenal the title

He added: “And the other big thing is, are City in transition? Are Liverpool in transition? So maybe them dropping off could help Arsenal as well.

“But they’re definitely better equipped for it. I mean, eight from eight [in the Champions League], you’ve got to give them some credit.”
