Arsenal Women eye double raid on Liverpool stars

Arsenal Women are reportedly interested in signing Liverpool stars Taylor Hinds and Olivia Smith this summer, according to the BBC.

Hinds and Smith are wanted by top clubs

Hinds has become one of Liverpool’s key players. They offered an improved deal to keep her at the club.

However, a return to Arsenal could appeal to the 26-year-old. The lure of joining the Women’s Champions League holders may prove too strong.

Hinds has made over 100 appearances for Liverpool. She played for England at youth level but now represents Jamaica.

Arsenal are also pondering a move for Olivia Smith. The 20-year-old joined Liverpool last summer for a club-record fee of £210,000 on a three-year deal.

She is a Canadian international and rated as one of the brightest young talents in the game. Chelsea and several clubs in the United States are also interested in signing her.

Liverpool are keen to keep Smith. However, interest from elsewhere could test their resolve.
