Looking for part time work this year? Volleyball BC is seeking reliable and organized Tournament Coordinators to manage volleyball tournaments across the province this 2026 Club Season. 

Position Overview:

Tournament Coordinators are responsible for running volleyball events efficiently from start to finish. This includes setting up the facility, managing it throughout the day, coordinating the schedule of play, and updating match results in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and prepare the tournament facility before the event begins.

• Ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and operational during the tournament.

• Manage the schedule of matches and keep play running on time.

• Update draws and results consistently throughout the day.

• Represent Volleyball BC by providing clear communication and excellent customer service to players, coaches, and spectators.

We need detail-oriented individuals who can manage multiple tasks, communicate clearly, and handle pressure calmly. You must be committed to maintaining high standards and embodying the values of Volleyball BC at every event.
