Beach Training Camp hosted by the Canada Games Women’s Beach Team

The Women’s Beach Volleyball Canada Summer Game Team is excited to host a 4 day beach volleyball camp at Hespeler Park in Niverville, MB from July 28-31! Whether it’s your first time in the sand, looking to improve for league play, or preparing for Youth Provincials, this is an opportunity you won’t want to miss!

Team MB athletes Fiona Brown and Selestine Liu-Asomua, along with CSG coaches Chloe Reimer McCaughan & Erika Vermette, are running this 4 day camp as a fundraising opportunity to support them in their charge for the podium at Canada Summer Games this August in St.John’s, NF! Should it prove successful, we are hopeful it will become a permanent fixture on the summer schedule to support Beach Volleyball development in Southern Manitoba. The first 3 days of training will be focused on beach specific skills, technique, & tactics, with the final day entirely game based!

Dates: Monday, July 28 – Thursday, July 31

Sessions: 

9:00am-10:30am 14U Mixed (Athletes born 2011 or later)

11:00am-12:30pm 16U Girls (Athletes born 2009 or later)

1:00pm-2:30pm 16U Boys (Athletes born 2009 or later)

Born 2008 or earlier and interested in attending?  Please email us for options.

Registration Details:

• Fees: $100 + GST

• 12 athletes per session
Please note: we will be maintaining a wait list and adjusting capacities if demand dictates, so we encourage you to register on to the wait list if you miss out on the first 12 spots!

• NO PARTNER necessary

• Registration Deadline: Monday, July 14th at midnight

• Final details will be released a week prior to the start of the camp
