2025 Texas Longhorns Beach Volleyball home matches to air live on KBVO
AUSTIN, Texas – The University of Texas Longhorns fans will be able to watch the newest sport on the Forty Acres live on the free LHN app and on KXAN’s sister station, KBVO-TV, locally in Austin. UT’s multimedia rights holder, Learfield, has reached an agreement with KXAN to locally broadcast No. 15 Texas beach volleyball for 11 home matches this season.
“We are beyond excited to have our home matches televised on KBVO in Austin and streamed worldwide on LHN. It’s a unique opportunity for our student-athletes to showcase their talents and become household names amongst fans of women’s sports” Head Coach Stein Metzger said. “This is yet another example of The University of Texas’ next-level efforts to push beach volleyball into the spotlight and support women’s athletics in a first-class way.”
