[Men's Volleyball] BENU Advances to National Semifinals

Benedictine Mesa rolled into the semifinals of the 2022 Men's Volleyball National Championship by knocking off Indiana Tech 3-1 in Thursday's final Pool C match in West Des Moines, Iowa.  The #6 Redhawks overpowered the #3 Warriors in four sets, 25-15, 25-20, 24-26, 25-20, putting them in Friday's 2:00 pm PT match against Park (Mo.), a winner over Ottawa (Ariz.) in five sets.   BENU, now 21-6 on the season, holds the best championship tournament record at 10-1, their only postseason loss coming to Grand Valley (Iowa) in the last year's national championship match.  The NAIA Championship match will be played in the MidAmerican Energy Company RecPlex this Saturday, April 16, at 3:00 pm PT.  The semifinals and the championship will be streamed on ESPN3.
