Following another strong week by Macie Rhoads that saw the sophomore post 304 kills on a .266 attack percentage, the sophomore outside hitter was appropriately rewarded with her first Mid-South Conference Attacker of the Week honor as announced by conference officials on Monday.
Rhoads, who hit above .300 from an attack standpoint in every single match that the Bears competed in during the week, started off her week by putting together an outstanding performance in a straight-set victory over Ohio Christian (25-17, 25-7, 25-18) by collecting 15 kills and committing just one attack error in 24 attempts en route to a fantastic .583 attack mark.
