[Women's Volleyball] Luneckas Collects Third Conference Player of the Week Honor

Kansas City, MO—Trystin Luneckas (JR/West Branch, IA)  collected her third Player of the Week honor Monday after guiding the Grand View University women's volleyball team to a No. 2 national ranking and undefeated season record.

Luneckas recorded 107 assists in just nine sets last week, averaging 12 sets a game. She chipped in 22 digs as well on the 3-0 week.

Luneckas ranks 20th nationally in assists per a game, averaging 9.85 and leads the conference. Her performance on her junior year has helped lead the Vikings to earn back-to-back conference championships and book their ticket into the 2018 NAIA National Tournament.

The Vikings are back in action on Saturday, November 3rd, when they host a Heart of America Athletic Conference Tournament 1st round matchup at 7 pm.
