[Volleyball] Cheatham named NAIA All-Northeast Region Player
The American Volleyball Coaches Association have announced their NAIA All-Region teams Monday. Making the Northeast All-Region team was St. Andrews senior middle hitter Kiah Cheatham (SR/Kalamazoo, MI).
She was one of seven AAC players to make the All-Region team while the AAC also had the Region Freshman, Coach, and Libero of the year.
Cheatham finished the season with 273 kills (9.75/match) while hitting an impressive .311 to rank 2nd in the conference. She also led the team with 102 blocks including 27 solo while registering 19 aces and 105 digs as well.
She helped lead the team to 20 overall wins and a 13-5 conference record and runner-up finish in the AAC South Division and a #4 seed in the tournament.
