[Women's Volleyball] Bees begin busy stretch with win at Trinity International

With the regular season winding down, St. Ambrose started a crucial stretch with a four-set win at Trinity International Tuesday night.

The Bees, who played the first of six matches over 10 days, defeated the Trojans 25-17, 25-22, 22-25, 25-13 to move to 8-5 in the CCAC. SAU is 12-13 overall.

Riley Hummert led the way Tuesday with 16 kills and 15 digs. She added a pair of aces and two digs while committing just three hitting errors.

Abby Happ came up with 11 kills, Allie Brent had six and Emily Moushon finished with five. Marissa Boyer collected 21 assists and 10 digs. Morgan Twing narrowly missed a double-double with her 16 assists and nine digs. Jenna Laxton had a team-best 24 digs.
