Vietnam upset S. Korea in Hangzhou Asiad women's volleyball thriller
HANGZHOU, Oct. 1 (Xinhua) -- Vietnam upset South Korea 3-2 while China and Japan eased past their respective opponents in the women's volleyball preliminary round at the Hangzhou Asian Games on Sunday.
In Pool C, Vietnam recovered from two sets down to stun South Korea 16-25, 22-25, 25-22, 25-22, 15-11.
Vietnam spiker Tran Thi Thanh Thuy got a game-high 24 points, while Kang So-hwi led South Korea with 23
