[Men's Volleyball] BENU Blanks UCM in First Semifinal

Benedictine Mesa, the No. 1 team in the NAIA and in the California Pacific Conference Championship tournament, may not have been trying to make a statement in the semifinal round of the postseason tournament, but the Redhawks' dominating performance certainly spoke volumes as they soared past #4 UC Merced 3-0 (25-11, 25-17, 25-14) to advance to tomorrow's championship match against the winner of the second semifinal between #3 Simpson and #2 Westcliff.  The Cal Pac Championship match will be played at 2:00 PST at Bell Bank Park in Mesa, Ariz.
