PITTSBURGH, Pa. - It may not have come easily, but the University of Rio Grande's fledgling men's volleyball program can check another item off its list of first-season milestones.
The RedStorm finally enjoyed the taste of victory on Tuesday night, outlasting Carlow University for a 25-22, 25-16, 23-25, 30-28 triumph in non-conference play at St. Joseph Hall.
Head coach Nick Rawls' squad improved to 1-11 with the win.
