[Volleyball] Eagles Reverse Sweep Falcons, Earn First KCAC Win of 2021 Season

WICHITA, Kan. – After the first two sets on Wednesday night, it looked like the latest Avila volleyball game might end up the same way their first seven KCAC contests had: as a defeat for the Eagles. But thanks to more strong serving, excellent net play, a great performance from a freshman in something of a homecoming game for her, and a newfound never-say-die attitude, Avila volleyball (6-20, 1-7 KCAC) rallied back from the brink of defeat, rattling off the final three sets to defeat Friends (12-13, 5-3 KCAC) in five thrilling sets on Wednesday night in Wichita.
