[Volleyball] Volleyball Comes Up Short at Avila, 3-2

KANSAS CITY, MO. - The Sterling College Volleyball team had a single KCAC match on the road over the weekend at Avila University. With three of the sets going into extra points, the match proved to be a hard-fought battle. The Lady Warriors would take an early 2-0 lead, but the Eagles would respond back with two wins to tie the match. A solid fifth set would go the distance, but the Lady Warriors would come up just short, as Avila would defeat Sterling, 3-2.
