2017-18 NAIA Scholar Teams Announced, Midland University Lands 17 Teams on List

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced the 1,862 teams that have earned the distinction for Scholar-Teams for the 2017-18 academic year.

Midland University had 19 programs named NAIA Scholar-Teams this year, led by the volleyball team with a 3.77 GPA on the women's side and men's golf with a 3.68 GPA on the men's side. The volleyball team ranked 17th overall amongst all sports teams.
