Embry-Riddle held off upset-minded UC Merced in the California Pacific Conference Women's Volleyball Championship final in Riverside, Calif., by the match 3-2 (25-22, 26-24, 25-22, 25-19, 17-15). The top-seeded Eagles split the first four closely-contested sets before pulling off a 17-15 win in the finale over the #3 seed Bobcats.
