At the MCCAA State Tournament in Grand Rapids on Oct. 28, MCC, the #2 seed in the West, beat Mott CC, the #1 seed in the East, 3-2. In the state finals, top-seeded Grand Rapids CC defeated the Jayhawks 3-0. Now 23-15 overall, MCC is at the regionals on Nov. 2 at St. Clair CCC.
