[Volleyball] Bethel Gives Coyotes a Fight, Fall in Four Sets

NORTH NEWTON, Kan. - The Bethel College volleyball team welcomed Kansas Wesleyan (RV) inside Thresher Gymnasium tonight for their first matchup of the season. The Coyotes currently sit on top of the KCAC standings, but that didn't mean anything to the Lady Threshers. A first set which needed to go into extra volleys set the tone for the game, as Bethel kept pushing and forced Kansas Wesleyan to earn every point. Bethel eventually fell in four sets (27-29, 17-25, 25-15, 14-25), ending their six-match streak of being swept.
