NEW ALBANY, Ind. -- IU Kokomo is the top choice in the 2017 River States Conference Volleyball Preseason Coaches' Poll. The Cougars are picked to finish first overall among the 12 teams in the conference and first in the RSC West Division after the polling of the league's coaches.
