Cardiff Triathletes complaints/ feedback procedure

Should you have a complaint, question or would like to give feedback or a suggestion relating to the Club, we would welcome your comments. In order to ensure that all queries are addressed appropriately in a timely manner, we have set up the following procedure.

In the first instance, you should send an email containing as much detail as possible to Ian Liddiatt (secretary@cardifftri.org), please do not use social media. We accept anonymous feedback, but it is often very difficult to investigate these properly. Ian will then decide who is best placed to respond to the query and will discuss the issues with all of the relevant people.

We will give an initial response to your complaint within five working days. If the matter is urgent, we will respond more quickly. You will be informed of the likely resolution time, depending on the nature of your contact (e.g. date of next committee meeting, date of next coaches’ meeting), and will be informed of any subsequent delays in handling your query for any reason. We will then try to gather any information that may be relevant and you will receive an email informing you of the outcome.
