[Men's Tennis] Men's Tennis Defeated by Concordia

IRVINE, Calif. – The SDC men's tennis team took 2-of-3 doubles but didn't get it done in singles play as Concordia defeated the Hawks 6-3 in the last non-conference game until the GSAC Tournament next week.

The loss drops SDC to 5-9 on the year, while Concordia improved to 9-8.

Alessandro Moriano and Aliaksandr Meliuk defeated the Eagles No. 1 Doubles 8-6. No. 3 Doubles Leonardo Urquidi and Fabian Daniel captured an 8-5 win.

Meliuk was able to take a 3-setter in No. 2 Singles for the other win for the Hawks. SDC is the No. 3 seed in the GSAC Tournament. The Hawks are looking to get back to the NAIA National Tournament for the first time since 2015.
