[Men's Tennis] Cavaliers lose 8-1 to Bluefield College

On Saturday, the Cavaliers hosted AAC foe Bluefield College. The Cavs fell 8-1.

In doubles play, the duo of Leopoldo Lucero and Grayson Chumley put up the biggest fight but ultimately falling, 8-4.

Going into singles play 3-0 down, Chumley would pick up the sole win for the Cavaliers at no.6 singles, 8-4.

"We started out a little slow with it being a conference match," head coach Andrew Cobb said. "There was definitely a different energy level in singles than there was in doubles. The guys came out ready in singles but dug themselves in a hole with losing all three doubles lines."

Next, the Cavaliers host SCAD-Atlanta on Monday, April 10th. Start time is scheduled for 2PM.
