Arkansas Women’s Tennis Takes Down Missouri

The No. 53 Razorbacks improve to 12-10 (3-9) on the season after taking down Missouri 11-14 (0-12) in Colombia, MO.

The Razorbacks took the doubles point to start the match. No. 25 Carolina Gomez and Anet Koskel took down Gian Octa and Lara Quaglia, 6-0. Then Jimena Gomez and Alexandra Panagiotidou defeated Alex Ackman and Andrea Artimedi, 6-3.

During singles, Anet Koskel took down Alex Ackman, 0-6, 7-5, 7(7)-6(4). Arina Babenko took down Zoe Lazar, 6-0, 6-3. Jimena Gomez took down Lara Quaglia, 6-1, 6-4. No. 33 Carolina Gomez fell to Gian Octa, 6-4, 6-4. Brooke Schafer fell to Korina Roso, 7-5, 6-4. Alexandra Panagiotidou fell to Andrea Artimedi, 6-3, 6-2.

The Razorbacks will be back in action on Saturday against Vanderbilt in Nashville, Tenn. at 1:00 PM CT
