Paris 2024 Olympics tennis schedule: Dates, start times and results for huge event at iconic Summer Games

TENNIS fans are in for a treat as they will get to witness some of the sport’s biggest stars going for gold at the Paris 2024 Olympics.

German icon Alexander Zverev beat Karen Khachanov on straight sets in the Tokyo 2021 Men’s Singles final.

While Swiss star Belinda Bencic took home the gold medal after a thrilling Women’s Singles final against Marketa Vondrousova.

Now three years on, several tennis icons will go to war in the city of love with the hope of standing tall on the podium.

However, one person who will not be competing in Singles action at the Olympic Games is British legend Andy Murray as he has pulled out due to an ongoing back problem.

How does tennis work at Paris 2024 Olympics?

All matches are best-of-three sets at the Paris 2024 Olympics.

However, doubles matches will play a tiebreaker to ten points instead of a third set.

Draws will be single elimination, though the two semifinal losers play for a bronze medal.

Tennis for the Paris Games will take place at Roland Garros, the home of the French capital.

The BBC will be broadcasting any events with British interest and major competitions across all of their channels, app, website and on iPlayer for FREE, providing you have a valid TV license.

BBC One and Two will air the biggest events from the 33rd Olympic Games and will provide an Olympics Extra channel available on iPlayer, Red Button and online.

However, the BBC can only show two events happening at any moment live at the same time due to discovery+ being the main European rights holder.

In the US, you can watch the Paris Olympics on NBC and the USA Network.
