Why Tennis Star Nick Kyrgios Thinks More Athletes Should Join OnlyFans

Australian tennis pro Nick Kyrgios is ready to show fans a different side of him, and he's encouraging other athletes to follow suit.

Kyrgios revealed today that he's joining the OnlyFans platform, promising to show off "tips, tricks, and behind the scenes" moments, as well as a cheeky hint that there are "tennis balls involved." The recent Australian Open winner explained that he's looking to the platform as a new frontier for athletes to connect with their fans.

“They are revolutionizing social media and I wanted to be a part of that," he said. "Athletes can no longer just show up on the court or the field. We have to show up online too. I want to create, produce, direct and own content. That’s the future."

While the site is primarily known for 18+ content, more athletes and celebrities have been getting involved. This includes people like golfer Paige Spiranac and MMA fighter Paige VanZant, the latter of whom recently said she made more money in one day on the platform than in her whole fighting career.

For his part, Kyrgios is promising to show fans "all different sides of me. Gaming, tattoos, my intimate side—it’s all on the table and I’ll be bringing fans along for the ride!”

With top creators raking in millions of dollars annually on the platform, it's no surprise that more people are trying to get in on the game. Kyrgios' OnlyFans is free to subscribe.
